Meeting Cancellations

Notification must be received by AEMA headquarters if you have registered for the meeting and subsequently find you will be unable to attend. If registration cancellation is necessary, AEMA will refund registration fees in accordance with the following schedule:

Cancellation received by October 12, 2021, will receive a full refund less a $15.00 administrative fee.
Cancellation received between October 13, 2021, and October 19, 2021, will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations received October 20, 2021, or later will receive NO refund.
