Meeting Cancellations

Notification must be received by AEMA headquarters if you have registered for the meeting and subsequently find you will be unable to attend. If registration cancellation is necessary, AEMA will refund registration fees in accordance with the following schedule:

Cancellation received by October 7, 2024, will receive a full refund less a $15.00 administrative fee.
Cancellation received between October 8, 2024, and October 21, 2024, will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations received October 22, 2024, or later will receive NO refund.
