GLEN ELLYN, IL, March 22, 2023 – At the 50th Annual Meeting of the Asphalt Emulsion Manufacturers Association (AEMA), February 27-March 3, 2023, Litchfield Park, Arizona, AEMA elected its officers and Board of Directors for the 2023-2024 term. Dan Koeninger, PE was elected President of AEMA. Koeninger is the Pavement Preservation Division Manager for Terry Asphalt Materials, Inc. AEMA elected new officers that include Vice President Matt Kennedy, McAsphalt Industries Limited, and Secretary/Treasurer Arlis Kadrmas, BASF Corp. Bob Huitt, Russell Standard, will serve as Past President. Directors installed for 2023-2024 include Greg Arntson, Albina Asphalt; Stormy Brewster, Marathon Petroleum; Scott Dmytrow, Prism Worldwide; Xavier Guyot, COLAS; Cameron Porter, Asphalt Materials, Inc.; Aaron Walker, Ingevity; and Scott Watson, Paragon Technical Services. After five years of service Rick Madison, Ingevity; and three years of service Emmanuel Cornet, Colas S.A. both retired from the board.
