EPA Issues Interim Final Rule on TCE On September 15, 2025, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) issued an interim final rule revising compliance deadlines for Trichloroethylene (TCE) under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). Public comments are being accepted until October 17, 2025, and can be submitted via: Some energy-producing sectors may receive deadline extensions through 2028.
