The LEAP program is a 12-month program designed for individuals to develop their leadership skills and deepen knowledge of the asphalt emulsion industry.  The program is intended to be both challenging and rewarding!  More information can be found here: https://www.aema.org/page/Leap.

Though we are early into the 2022-2023 year, it is time to start planning for 2023-2024!  A huge thank you to this year’s hosts:

Although we have only completed one tour thus far, the Martin Marietta Quarry tour was amazing as we are sure the rest of the program will be!  We are planning the same format/types of tours for our second year with the addition of a latex or polymer manufacturer.  We had an outpouring of support when planning our first year and look forward to the same as we gear up for year two!
