Check Out What AEMA has Planned at the 2023 AEMA-ARRA-ISSA Annual Meeting

AEMA Program Chair, Dan Koeninger, has worked hard to create an AEMA Technical Program that will impress members.

AEMA’s Technical Session will take place on Wednesday, March 1 from 2-5pm MST. Starting this session off will be Amy Blaida, Ergon Asphalt & Emulsions, and Nat Borsh, Russell Standard, of the AEMA Leadership Development Team. They will be looking at asphalt emulsion milestones over the last 50 years. Next, Aaron Roy of Nouryon will provide information on cationic emulsion. Dr. Andrew Braham, University of Arkansas will look at student research and specifications for the future. Rounding out the AEMA Technical Session is Trevor Distin, COLAS Australia, will discuss the transition to emulsions from cutbacks and moving away from hot sealers.

Also on Wednesday, the AEMA Board & Past Presidents’ Breakfast will take place from 7am-8am MST. The Leadership Development Team will also meet from 5-6pm MST. On Thursday, the ITC Meeting will be help from 11am-12pm MST and the Annual Meeting Business Meeting from 12-1pm MST. Join the 2022/2023 LEAP Class present their success stories they have been working on throughout the year from 3-4:30pm MST.

Lastly, it is time to celebrate AEMA’s 50^th Anniversary. Join other AEMA Members as they take a look down memory lane and toast to the next 50 years. The celebration will take place from 5-6pm MST on Thursday.
