The LEAP program is a 12-month program designed for individuals to develop their leadership skills and deepen knowledge of the asphalt emulsion industry.  The program is intended to be both challenging and rewarding!  More information can be found here: https://www.aema.org/page/Leap 

Though we are early into the 2023-2024 year, it is time to start planning for 2024-2025!  A huge thank you to this year’s hosts:

Although we have only completed three tours thus far, each was amazing, as we are sure the rest of the program will be!  We are planning the same format/types of tours for our third year. We had an outpouring of support when planning our first year and look forward to the same as we gear up for year three!
