Look into What AEMA has Planned for the 2024 Annual Meeting

The 2024 AEMA-ARRA-ISSA Annual Meeting is right around the corner. AEMA Program Chair, Matt Kennedy, has worked hard to plan an AEMA Technical Session that will impress members.

The AEMA Technical Session will be on Thursday from 2-5pm ET. Kicking off the session, will be members of AEMA’s Leadership Development Team; Amy Blaida, Ergon Asphalt & Emulsions, Nat Borsh, Russell Standard, Aaron Roy, Nouryon, Jamie Wing, Ingevity, and Ernesto Santillan, Ergon Asphalt & Emulsions. They will be looking at the future of emulsions. Next, Asphalt Institute’s Mike Anderson will review work on NCHRP 09-63. Andy Clayton with Blueline Transportation will be sharing information on viscosity testing and the differences between saybolt and paddle. Lastly, those in attendance will hear Tony Kucharek, McAsphalt Industries Limited, on advances in characterizing high-float emulsions and residues.

Before attending the AEMA Technical Session, make sure to join the 2023-2024 LEAP Class as they present their success stories they have been working on from 10-11am ET on Thursday, February 22^nd.

AEMA will have various committee meetings throughout the Annual Meeting including the AEMA Suppliers Committee Meeting from 5:15-6:00pm and AEMA Leadership Development Team Meeting from 5-6pm ET on Wednesday, February 21^st. The AEMA ITC Meeting will be held on Thursday from 11am-12:00pm ET.

AEMA encourages all members to the Annual Business Meeting on Wednesday from 4-5pm ET.
